For a product question
Start with the website of the product you are using. Each product has its own account flow, plan information and documentation. A message about a form integration needs different context from one about an affiliate commission or a support inbox.
Include the product name, the action you were taking, what you expected and what happened instead. A reproducible example or a carefully redacted screenshot can help explain the issue. Do not include passwords, API keys or unnecessary customer information.

For a development project
